He and his former model wife, Gisele Bündchen, shelled out $17 million for this lavish abode.

Brady scored a nice place on this island, known for its exclusivity and privacy. According to Dirt, the former celebrity couple planned to tear down the house erected on the 5,172-square-foot lot. The original structure has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and sits on a two-acre lot.
