Almost everyone agrees that cheerleading is a great sport, primarily because of the dancing, energy, and all the fun involved in it. And maybe this is what attracted Ciara because she was the captain of the Riverdale High School cheerleading team. But in an interview, the songstress revealed that she could not focus much on it because her singing became the priority.

Ciara may have traded her pom-poms, but we guess that focusing more on her music career turned out to be a wise choice as she has risen to unimaginable heights in the music industry.
