Labrador Retriever – Kirk Douglas’ Life

Kirk Douglas is a man who identifies as many things – a producer, a director, an author, a father, a grandfather, a husband, an actor, and a dog lover! Kirk’s love for the four-legged animals goes so far that is wife actually teases him, saying that he could probably survive without a wife but not without a dog!  The Spartacus star is the owner of two golden retrievers by the names of Banshee and Danny. Kirk mentions that if he gets home and the dogs aren’t there, it feels like the house is empty. He’s had dogs all his life, and he loves that they always offer friendship.
