Maltese – Tony Bennett’s Friendly Companion

The Maltese dog breed is part of the Toy Group, with dogs that reach a maximum weight of 8 pounds and an average height of 9 inches. They are bred for companionship and are playful, friendly, and delightful with adults; though a bit snippy with kids. It is considered that the Maltese is a hypo-allergenic breed of dog, should such a thing really exist! Well, some celebrities who love these dogs are Tony Bennett, as pictured above, Marilyn Monroe, and even Elizabeth Taylor. These are all big names in the industry, so we trust they had excellent taste in their pets, too!
