A Squirrel With Its Parachute

Squirrels are one of the most naughty and cute little animals. They keep frolicking on tall trees without any fear of falling on the ground. After all, they have highly stretchable limbs to jump from one branch to another.

But did you know there are different categories of the species? The one you see in the image here belongs to the flying squirrel troop. These look a lot similar to bats, but they can’t actually fly like them or other birds. Although, it appears as if this rodent tried taking the leap of faith, only to land on the deer’s back.
