Heidi Watney

Heidi Watney was not new to the world of sports when she started her career in the field of broadcasting. She was a National Merit Scholar with experience in cheerleading and gymnastics.

The sportscaster was initially a morning traffic reporter but soon transitioned to sports anchor in mere two years. When Heidi moved to Massachusetts, she served as a gameday reporter for the Boston Red Sox, for whom she also hosted various other events. Watney was quick to climb ranks, and in 2012 she became the host of Quick Pitch, a show by MLB Network.
