Tony Bennett, Age 94 – Rags To Riches
Tony Bennett is one of the most iconic crooners from the ’50s, with well-known songs like I Left My Heart In San Francisco and Rags To Riches. He got into singing right after serving in World War II, which he described as hell on earth. His experience at war made him a pacifist.
Bennett went on to win 19 Grammy Awards, including a Lifetime Award. While his career took a downturn when rock and roll became the ’70s music of choice, he had a resurgence in the ’80s. He even toured with Lady Gaga as recently as 2014!
