Uncomfortable Bending
This has to be the most uncomfortable workout pose for a bench press that, looking at the man, we feel discomfort too! The way he is bending is enough to break his back, and that is something we would certainly not recommend doing in the gym.
A generous ten on ten goes from us to this enthusiast for his fantastic flexibility and elasticity skills. Also, we wonder what the spotter is doing there because he is certainly not making this workout session easy for the bending man! Let us hope he reaches home safely and gets rest to repeat this session the next day.
