This man has taken his gym sessions to another level. He has taken a blend of literally all exercises and what he has created is absolutely praiseworthy. To the extent that he won’t shy away from calling his trainer to check what he is up to during his workout!
We see the man pull off the balancing act on two dumbbells while squatting and weightlifting. That is something! He surely deserves some reinforcement after working out with this kind of passion and commitment. Good work, Sir; we have to say we are thoroughly impressed.
