Doing Some Damage Inspection

With the inside of Joyce’s home exceeding all expectations, it was now time for a physical damage inspection for any faults. By this point, the way that such an old house passed without any issues came as no surprise to the Spizzirri sisters. No lighting fixture or piece of plumbing was faulty.

In most cases, properties in this area of such age typically require a significant budget for maintenance, or worse, even total restorations. There was no such need for our widowed home seller, who took care of her home in every way. But before letting the place go, she had to tell the sisters one final detail.
