The Wonderful Company placed Lynda Resnick at the forefront of the food and beverage industry since the ’60s. At 19, she established her first company, Lynda Limited, an ad company. She co-runs the company with Stewart Resnick, her husband, but Lynda oversees all of the marketing decisions serving as the company’s vice chair. The company, as well as Lynda herself, earned a Chamber of Commerce Citizenship Award. Lynda has been in the midst of several controversies related to the company, including being taken to court by The Federal Trade Commission for deceptive marketing. In 2018, alongside her husband, she donated $30 million to the Los Angeles-based Hammer Museum towards renovations and expansion.
