Sarah Louise Cawood

If you have been around long enough to remember Sarah Cawood from the BBC’s Saturday morning program from 1993-2001, you knew she was a huge star. She graced the screens of Nickelodeon, MTV, and Channel 4 and even co-commented on the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest three times!

In 2014, she chose to step away from the spotlight and focus on her children. Fast forward to 2021, and she is looking as good as ever with her glowing skin, which is the envy of many. While motherhood is her main passion, Cawood still finds time to run her “Irregular B*tches” podcast.
