Jessie Wallace

Born in London, Jessie Wallace is an English actress best known for her role as Kat Slater in the BBC soap opera “EastEnders.” She won the British Soap Award for Best Actress. Wallace made her debut in the soap in the ’00s and has been a recurring character ever since.

She has appeared in a variety of roles and appeared in the series “Wild At Heart” and “A Class Apart.” In 2011, her performance as Pat Phoenix in the BBC Four television film “The Road to Coronation Street” earned her a nomination for the BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress.
