Sam Elliott & Katharine Ross – Together For 42 Years

It’s common for two actors to develop feelings for each other on set, and Sam Elliott and Katharine Ross are examples of that theory. Their feelings for each other formed in the late ’70s when they worked together in a film called The Legacy.

It wasn’t the first time they crossed paths because they both appeared in  Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid in 1969. Unfortunately, there was no “spark” between them at that time. They got married in 1984, and have remained happy ever since. Elliott is part of the main cast of The Ranch, and it might take years before he retires for good.
