For a man who makes a living out of whipping up delectable cuisines, it was only a matter of time before Ramsey Gordon carried excess weight. His wife Tana steered him back to reality and urged him to get back to shape.
Fortunately, Tana is a huge fan of fitness, in general, and she helped him get on a healthy eating plan. Ramsey also started working out and he’s stuck it out up to date saying that he exercises semi-competitively so that he can keep up with the fast-paced environmentà in the kitchen. He also lost 50 lbs and maintains a healthy weight.
Susan Boyle – 50 Lbs – Cut Out Sugar & Exercise
Susan Boyle shot to fame in 2009 when she participated in Britain’s Got Talent. She earned respect because of her incredible singing talent in the United Kingdom. Her first album became amongst the best selling debuts, and she even beat Leona Lewis in terms of record sales.
Boyle learned that she had diabetes on her climb to fame and figured that she should cut out sugar. She also started exercising and soon shed off 50 lbs, which she’s managed to keep off. Boyle continues to work on her music, and in 2019, she released her eighth studio album titled Ten.

Over the many years during which Kirsten Vangsness played on Criminal Minds as Penelope Garcia, we’ve gotten to know and love her. She started doing so in 2005 and is still in that role to the day. Somewhere along the way, she also lost quite a lot of weight.
Seeing her know, on her IGTV series called Kirsten’s Agenda, she looks absolutely stunning. She has reportedly lost around 50 pounds, probably by paying attention to her diet. It’s definitely not an easy task to do for anyone in their 40s, but she’s pulled it off effortlessly.
