When Jorge Garcia got cast in the famous show ‘Lost,’ he was asked to lose weight. The demand was a call-to-action for the 400-pound star as he was already worried about developing diabetes. With the help of a workout coach and a nutritionist, Jorge completely changed his binge-eating ways. He opted for fruits and vegetables instead of fatty foods, included high-protein and low-carb meals into his diet, and stopped drinking alcohol. Running and doing exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, arm circles, etc. also contributed to his weight loss. The hard work paid off as he looked fantastic in the show!
