Austin “Chumlee” Russell – 192 Lbs – Surgery & Exercise

Pawn Stars fans are familiar with Austin Russell as Chumlee. He struggled with his weight since childhood, but he soon proved that persistence pays off. Chumlee picked up healthier habits, including eating better combined with exercise. He actually worked on his weight.

Chumlee was very strict with his regime, but he also went for surgical intervention to help with the weight loss. He started at 320 lbs and dropped down to 225 lbs before having surgery. He lost 50 lbs after surgery and 192 lbs in total. He has managed to keep it off despite running a candy store since 2017.
