Miranda Lambert – 20 Lbs – Eating Healthily & Exercising
Miranda Lambert competed on the weight USA Network’s singing show Nashville Star, and while she didn’t win, she launched a successful career afterward. Even as she rose to the ranks of the most popular country artists, Lambert wasn’t happy with her weight.
She adopted healthier habits like consuming plenty of vegetables. She also worked with a trainer and included circuit training to her regime. She lost 20 lbs and continues taking care of her body. Lambert continues churning out music, and she’s currently on the Wildcard Tour to promote her 7th studio album released in November 2019.
