Crossing Borders For A Safer Haven
Humboldt Penguins are an endangered species of South American Penguins in Chile and Peru. Human intrusion, rat infestations, and environmental conditions have caused a notable decrease in their population, reports Phys.Org.
This image captures two of these penguins checking in at an airport after being saved by animal conservationists. They were on their way to an island off the coast of Port Elizabeth in South Africa, where they would be safe from harm. This airline deserves recognition for transporting these animals to their new home. Thanks to their efforts, these two penguin buddies can live safely. Such acts of kindness and compassion should be encouraged so that other creatures can be preserved and protected.
