In recent years, airport security has become increasingly tight to prevent terrorism, smuggling activities, and more. People have had to develop creative solutions to get around these measures, ultimately leading to a stricter security presence. If someone were to set off the full-body scanner, a second search would be conducted using a portable scanner and a security officer of the same gender.
