Staying stationary for hours on end can be detrimental to one’s health. That is why Dr. Catherine Sonquist Forest has suggested walking around the plane during a flight to get the blood flowing. This person, however, has gone the extra mile. They have packed a yoga mat and are using their layover to stretch for a while.
It seems like they have been doing it for a while, as the bystanders don’t seem interested in what they are doing. This also shows that if you care about your wellness, you can find ways to stay active even in the most unexpected places.
