“Yeah, I’m Really Busy Right Now…”

The rhesus macaque is very common in South, Central, and Southeast Asia and makes for one of the cutest monkeys around. They’re said to have the widest geographical range of all non-human primates, and they often like to live close to human settlements.

But if there’s one thing the rhesus macaque doesn’t like, that’s taking photos. This little furry cutie is determined not to pose for this selfie, no matter how hard the girl beside him tries to. Still, she was able to capture him nicely while he was pretending to be busy checking the dirt under his fingernails. Typical monkey business!
