I Talk… And I Bite!

Meeting the exotic local fauna is a big part of the excitement of traveling. But keep in mind that real-life animals will seldom be as cute as they look in the movies. This bird-loving tourist discovered that the hard way: by being bitten by a frantic parrot.

This happened in Roatán, a Caribbean island 40 miles off the northern coast of Honduras, a perfect tourist destination with lots of summery, blue-watery beaches. So don’t worry: there’s plenty for this lady to enjoy now that she realized her love for exotic birds wasn’t reciprocated.
