Grant Hill is a former player who managed to become a team owner. He is among the owners of the Atlanta Hawks. He and his business partners acquired the ownership of the team in 2015. Today, he’s estimated to be worth around $250 million.
Hill’s affluence grew consistently since the ’90s thanks to his professional career with the Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, and Los Angeles Clippers. Sources say he made over $140 million throughout his 19-year career. He just retired in 2013, and he made it into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018.
