Original Sin – Just Too Much Intimacy

Though the phrase “Original Sin” refers to the Bible, there’s nothing religious about Michael Cristofer’s Original Sin. It featured Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas, who were already huge stars at the time. As you can tell, the film contained many explicit scenes. In fact, so many that Cristofer got in trouble.

The Motion Picture Association of America demanded that he removed many of the intimate scenes so that they could give it an “R” rating. Cristofer didn’t like that, but it turned out that he didn’t have a choice in the end.
