Watchmen – Are You Sure That’s A Superhero Film?

Zack Snyder’s Watchmen was released in 2009, and it received a lot of criticism, despite having been a highly anticipated film. Most of its critics point to its lack of depth and boring scenario, yet, both critics and defenders agree that its intimate scene between Nite Owl and Silk Spectre II was rather awkward.

Their “moment” occurred just a couple of minutes after an epic fight versus some pretty nasty villains, and it happened pretty unnaturally. Fans claimed that it really didn’t fit the plot until that point, while many regarded it as quite cliché. Despite the movie having made some good money, most fans wouldn’t miss that scene, sadly.
