Last Tango in Paris – Actually Disturbing

The infamous film Last Tango in Paris featured Marlon Brando and Maria Schneider as the starring duo, but it might be remembered for all the wrong reasons. Numerous film fans criticized the iconic drama film for its extensive use of the intimate element, but there was one scene that crossed the line.

According to the plot, Paul, played by Brando, violated Schneider’s character, Jeanne. According to later interviews, Schneider confessed that this scene wasn’t included in the script and that for many years, her mental health was in bad shape due to the scene being vulgar and realistic.
