Because of his move to New Jersey, Rock rented out the gorgeous pad for a monthly fee of $8k until he finally sold it for $3.35 million after putting it on the market in 2017. Spanning about 3,700 square feet of interior living space, the more than three-story deluxe home boasts a rooftop terrace in addition to two bedrooms and a private garage.
