Kate Hudson – $5.3 Million, Pacific Palisades

Kate Hudson has starred in some of the most successful romantic comedy films of the ’00s, two of which are “Alex & Emma” and “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.” She wanted to expand her housing portfolio with her achievement but didn’t want to wander away from the mansion she grew up in Pacific Palisades.

The solution? She purchased the house next door and paid $5.3 million for it. It is a 1935 Tudor Revival home that features six bathrooms, five bedrooms, and a pool perfect for the California weather. In 2021, Hudson acted in “Truth Be Told.”
