Condoleezza Rice – $2.3 Million, Palo Alto

Out of the many properties former U.S. secretary Condoleezza Rice owns, her mansion in Palo Alto steals the show. The property is divided into a house and a private cottage area, which was built around the 1930s.

The vintage house has a single-story building and a mesmerizing front lawn. We have to say Rice has done an amazing job with gardening in that area. Besides this beautiful entrance, there are two spacious bedrooms, a fireplace by the formal dining hall, and the entire area is covered with hardwood floors. If this is not what heaven looks like, we don’t know what else does!
