They did a $250,000 renovation on the house, giving the Zan’s exactly what they asked for, a cozy Southwestern cabin vibe. This cabin was a 2,654-square-foot house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a barn, and a storage shed. The house was listed for $1.45 million.
