Ursula Andress – $3 Million, Beverly Hills
Ursula Andress gained prominence in 1962 as the first-ever Bond girl Honey Ryder on the original James Bond movie. She starred in many other films in the upcoming years and became known as a feminine symbol. The Swedish-born actress procured the house in 1991 for below $1 million.
After making it her home for just over 25 years, Andress sold the three-bedroom house to a Beverly Hills boutique operator, Malgosia Migdal, who also happens to be an interior architect and designer. Having made a few inexpensive alterations to the 3,000-square-foot mansion, it went back up in the market for $3 million.
