Charlie Hunnam might play the tough guy, Jax, in ‘Sons of Anarchy,’ but his real-estate choices seem to be quite refined. He took ownership of a 3250 sqft Mediterranean style home that was transformed by the rockstar-turned-designer Tony Clearwater.

Despite having all the riches in the world, Hunnam chose to make the rooms utilitarian in nature. For instance, there is a step-down living space that can easily turn into a screening area and an outdoor dining setup, which doubles up as a party place.
