John Layfield – Meredith Whitney

John Bradshaw Layfield is a name that causes any wrestling fan to cringe as this fellow really pushed our buttons. However, John wasn’t always the wealthy crafty businessman we saw on screen, starting out as Bradshaw during the attitude era in WWE; a period which saw him win several belts and gain some recognition.

In 2005 Mr. Layfield made a pretty good life investment by tying the knot with his wife Meredith Whitney, who has a reputation of her own. Meredith’s reputation as an uncanny financial expert precedes her having predicted several major economic trajectories in her career.
