Shania Twain and Frédéric Thiébaud
Legendary country singer Shania Twain met the Swiss Nestlé executive who would become her husband, Frédéric Thiébaud, in the 1990s. Interestingly, at the time, her then-husband, music producer Robert Lange, hired Marie-Anne Thiébaud, Frédéric’s then-wife, as their assistant. The two families formed a close bond, but no one expected things to turn out like they did.
Shania’s bond with Frédéric grew stronger, notably after they both experienced marital betrayals. Initially hesitant to embark on a new relationship, Shania gradually opened up to Frédéric’s affection. Their friendship evolved into love, and they began dating officially in 2009, eventually tying the knot on New Year’s Day 2011.
