Bristol and Aubrey Marunde – Madeira Canyon

Aubrey Marunde, Alter Luxury Real Estate broker/realtor, did not disappoint when she purchased this beautiful five-bedroom house with a living space of 4,000 sq. ft back in 2007. It was a neat bargain but required renovations to give it the spark that it has today. Aubrey was single then but soon met the love of her life, former MMA fighter Bristol Marunde.

The pair then settled in the Maderia Canyon and paired up together professionally, and in the next few years, bought and beautifully renovated around 100 luxury houses and condos. Oh, and while at it, they also updated their home more than just once!
