Defining Their Challenge
Their 30-day challenge seems simple enough: Steer clear of takeout, eat out and cheat meals you may eat for a month. But really, what did that leave them with. Well, the other side of the challenge included cooking healthier meals and steering clear of alcohol and soda, evidently replacing it with water.
They also started tracking their caloric intake and, to add some bonding to it, they began prepping meals together. The latter is a good thing because it replaces whatever bonding during eating they did, l with bonding while making the meal. Of course, they will still bond while eating the healthier meal as well.
