To make their plan even easier to pull off, Danny and Lexi came up with a genius way to simplify their plan. They broke it down into three easy-to-follow principles that were both fail-safe and foolproof. This was important to their combined 400-pound weight loss.
Their first principle was to focus on meal prep, keeping it as clean as possible while keeping it tasty, helping them avoid craving fast food. Number two was hitting the gym, even just for a half-hour workout. Number three was living a generally physical lifestyle, whether it was going on hikes or just walking the dogs.
