Getting Back Out On The Town
When they started their 30-day challenge on 1 January 2016, they had cut out every vice they had: cheat meals, fizzy drinks, alcohol, and, most challenging, eating out. But eventually, like they were able to add their favorite meals into their eating plan, they were also able to bring back eating out.
Thanks to their newfound discipline in watching portion size, caloric intake, and how they order their meal, they could eat out without fear of curtailing their progress. They even went from ordering two portions a person to sharing one meal.
