Luck was definitely on Harry and Meghan’s side after they were immediately blessed with a bouncing baby boy born on May 6, 2019. Christened Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, or simply Archie, the little prince brought glee to the entire family, particularly to his proud grandpa, Charles.

So, when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made some surprising changes to their future just after Archie arrived, Charles was among the first who expressed regrets geared toward his grandson. And it’s probably because he doesn’t want to be left behind, considering he became Harry’s sole parent after their mother passed in 1997.
