In her growing years, Meghan Markle was quite close to her father and used to go to his workplace just to watch him in action. Her dad Thomas Markle was himself a part of the film industry and was probably a driving force behind her move to join the acting business.

With time they fell apart, and Thomas stopped meeting his daughter after her rise to fame. Much to the surprise of everyone, he wasn’t invited to the royal wedding too. But eventually, the man went on to express his feelings for Meghan in a Channel 4 documentary.
