Conor McGregor – $2.44 Million, Kildare

Connor McGregor May have lost his recent fight to Dustin Poirier at UFC 257, but he is still a pretty big deal in the sport. He is the only man to hold two different UFC titles simultaneously and is regarded as the biggest drawcard in UFC history.

In 2019 he bought a five-bedroom, six-bathroom estate in Kildare, Ireland, including a games room and equestrian facilities, among other amenities. The purchase prompted rumors that he was going to settle away from the limelight. That of course didn’t happen, but it did finally move him from the renters market to the owners’ box in the property game.
