The first noticeable difference is the orange-colored nail polish Emma Watson has in the second photo, while she doesn’t appear to have any nail polish in the first photo. The strands of hair falling on the right side of her face are also different from the second photo spotting three strands while the first only has two.

The pillar design, on the right-hand side of both photos, hides the third difference. The gold-colored detail seems to have been obstructed in the second photo, while it’s entirely clear in the first photo.
