The first difference between these two steam engines is the digits on their number plates. The number plate in the first photo reads 5972, while the second has the number 3816 on it.

In the second photo, the second chimney located on the train’s roof has steam coming out of it just like the first chimney, whereas in the picture on the left, only the first chimney seems to be emitting steam. On the platform right next to the train, you’ll notice footsteps in the second picture. The footsteps are missing in the first photo.
