The first thing you should note about this picture is that the animals are toucans. They are neotropical birds with large, colorful bills. Dudas drew them in a manner that makes them resemble penguins. The bow ties and scarfs are usually how you’ll see penguins depicted. The only penguin in this photo is in the middle-right part of the picture.
