Why Not Bring All Three?

Can’t take your dog to the park? Worry not! Take it to your local supermarket. The supermarket offers just as much entertainment as a park does. This man decided to take not one but three dogs to his local supermarket. Several stores like Target, Walmart, and Costco don’t allow pets inside the store unless they’re service animals. 

Still, some might consider three dogs a stretch, but it doesn’t matter because he seems to have his companions under control. Or does he? What could explain one of the dogs jumping and perching on his neck?
