Employees Don’t Need Break Time; They Need Nap Time

What do you do when you’re an employee of Walmart, and you get a 15-minute break? Only the best option available; waste absolutely no time leaving the aisle you were working on before your break and take a nap right there.

Walmart employees can generally take paid 15-minute breaks during six-hour shifts, so he probably wanted to use his break as much as he could. We’re not sure about their policy on employees sleeping in the stores, but it’s doubtful it’s allowed. If fact, a particular Walmart employee made the news in 2022 after getting fired for taking a two-hour nap in the break room.
