Beware, Sky Dwellers

The NATO Tiger Association is all about bravery and camaraderie between its forty-one countries. In fact, all the members have a tiger as a part of their symbol and name their summits after the animal. During the 2003 edition of their periodic exercise, this plane was introduced to the world! Doesn’t it look intimidating?

It is a Mirage 2000RDI 83/12-YL, which became a talking point that year, and all the attention was diverted towards its paint job. Unfortunately for us, the jet with the ferocious-looking eyes broke down a few days after its unveiling and never took off again.
