Right Asanas, Wrong Place

Our heart goes out to every passenger, young and old, who were forced to watch a yoga session against their will in a subway, of all places. No one would have signed up for it, no matter how agile the lady looks doing her asanas.

She would have received quite many awkward glances, rolling eyes, and disapproving grunts from her co-passengers, one of them being the young man in the picture. Still, we cannot help but admire the woman for forging ahead with her plan to use every second at her disposal towards improving her health irrespective of what others may think and feel about it. Also, what a fantastic pose to hold onto in a moving vehicle.
