It’s not just a matter of poor skills, but also one of respect for other people’s property. This person was clearly not aware of the consequences of their actions and has been rightly penalized for their mistake. This was evident when a car owner was blocked in by a collection of trash bins for parking in the wrong spot.

However, this serves as a reminder for all of us to be extra careful when parking, no matter how small the area is, and to always be sure to read all signs in the area. Otherwise, you’ll end up finding your automobile in the trash.
